Terms and Conditions

These general Terms and Conditions of Business apply to all orders and deliveries between 3 Fat Cats and its customers via the online shops www.3fatcats.shop and 3fatcats.uk.

Our Service

Our products and website services are provided to you on and through our website on an 'as is' basis. You agree that the owners of this website exclusively reserve the right and may, at any time and without notice and any liability to you, modify or discontinue this website or any of our products.

Reservation of Rights

The "3 Fat Cats" logo is a registered trademark and any copying, distribution or unlicensed use of any of the contents of our site, other than that permitted by us is strictly prohibited. Unauthorised use will result in legal action.

Please be advised that our personally designed scratch furniture items are registered with the Designs and Trade Marks Intellectual Property Office.

Product Prices

Product prices shown are inclusive of 20% V.A.T. for customers within the U.K.

For International customers, V.A.T. is zero rated so please contact us for net prices and courier charges. A Pro-Forma invoice will then be issued. Any customs fees or import duty are the responsibility of the customer.

How do I Place an Order?

3 Fat Cats offer a range of products as shown on website with limited quantities only. By completing the order process by clicking on the 'add to cart' button, the product is placed in the virtual shopping basket. By entering the requested quantity and then clicking on the 'checkout' button, the customer makes a binding offer to enter into a purchase contract.

Our scratch furniture images displayed are our intellectual property and can’t be used without our consent.

Payment options

Stripe payment option is the faster, simpler way to pay online, which is available to accept customer debit/credit card payments . It speeds you through checkout in just a few clicks and is more secure because your financial details are never revealed.

Dispatch and Delivery Charges

Unless otherwise stated, FedEx is next day delivery Monday - Thursday. Friday orders delivered Monday/Tuesday depending of time of order. (No weekend delivery due to increased costs). EVRi Standard delivery (for small packages) period is 2-5 working days after next day despatch (excluding courier bank holidays).

U.K. postage is calculated by weight of products/courier size restrictions. Prices shown are as of 19:01:2024.

Please contact us for postage to remote U.K. Highlands & Islands delivery as additional charge applicable.

International delivery costs to Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, R.O.I. and Spain can change daily so please enquire and we will issue a Pro-Forma Invoice. Any customs fees or import duty are the responsibility of the customer. All other international postal enquiries are welcome.

Returns

We hope you will be pleased with your purchase however, should you wish to cancel your order, notification must be within 14 days. Furniture items must remain shrink wrapped if returned. Buyer is responsible for return postage costs.

Items are inspected before packaging and notification of any defect must be received by

3 Fat Cats within 24hrs of receipt of said goods. Goods returned by you because of a defect, must remain shrink wrapped for replacement or will be refunded in full, including postage charges. Do please check your item as we do not accept 'used' furniture product returns for hygiene reasons.

In the event that supplied products are damaged enroute, please contact us without delay so we can lodge a complaint with the carrier regarding the damage. Furniture items must remain shrink wrapped for return/ replacement.

Buyer is responsible for postage costs for goods returned to us and redirected by us due to customer error.

WARNING:

These products are not intended as toys for children and the Supreme Choice, the Duplicat, the Hideaway, the Lizard Lounger or the 3 Fat Cats Cubes should not be used as a stool/table or chair for adults. Any cardboard products that are returned 'used' or damaged due to improper use, will not be refunded.

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept used furniture product returns. We cannot resell them due to potential risks. The scent of other pets on used items could potentially cause stress or territorial issues. Additionally, used items may harbour parasites or bacteria that could pose health risks.

We care a lot about your privacy and therefore, we handle your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Please review our as it explains what data we collect and why, how it is used and other relevant information.

Please be advised that your personal information (i.e. email address) of which you provide us voluntarily when you place purchases or subscribe to our website, is held securely and not sold/shared with third parties.

We use your personal information to keep you informed about our products, provide our customers with product / delivery assistance, promotional messages, competitions, events and to contact competition winners.

When processing payments, our preferred payment platform Stripe, may pass information to us including your name, email address, billing or other address. We use this information to provide you with products and services you have asked for.

Images received from 3 Fat Cats customers via email or social media, may be used on our website, in press releases, printed publicity or published on 3 Fat Cats Facebook/Twitter/ Instagram/Pinterest pages. However, if you would like us to delete them, please email us on 3fatcatsuk@gmail.com at any time.
