These general Terms and Conditions of Business apply to all orders and deliveries between 3 Fat Cats and its customers via the online shops www.3fatcats.shop and 3fatcats.uk.

Our Service

Our products and website services are provided to you on and through our website on an 'as is' basis. You agree that the owners of this website exclusively reserve the right and may, at any time and without notice and any liability to you, modify or discontinue this website or any of our products.

Reservation of Rights

The "3 Fat Cats" logo is a registered trademark, and any copying, distribution or unlicensed use of any of the contents of our site, other than that permitted by us, is strictly prohibited. Unauthorised use will result in legal action.

Please be advised that our personally designed scratch furniture items are registered with the Designs and Trade Marks Intellectual Property Office.

Product Prices

Product prices shown are inclusive of 20% V.A.T. for customers within the U.K.

For International customers, V.A.T. is zero-rated, so please contact us for net prices and courier charges. A Pro-Forma invoice will then be issued. Any customs fees or import duties are the customer's responsibility.

How do I Place an Order?

3 Fat Cats offers a range of products as shown on the website, with limited quantities only. By completing the order process by clicking the 'add to cart' button, the product is added to the virtual shopping basket. By entering the requested quantity and then clicking on the 'checkout' button, the customer makes a binding offer to enter into a purchase contract.

Our scratch furniture images displayed are our intellectual property and can’t be used without our consent.

Payment options

Stripe's payment option is the faster, simpler way to pay online, allowing customers to purchase with debit/credit cards. It speeds you through checkout in just a few clicks and is more secure because your financial details are never revealed.

Dispatch and Delivery Charges

Unless otherwise stated, FedEx offers next-day delivery Monday - Thursday. Friday orders are delivered Monday/Tuesday, depending on the time of the order. (No weekend delivery due to increased costs). EVRi standard delivery (for small packages) takes 2-5 working days from next-day dispatch (excluding courier bank holidays).

U.K. postage is calculated based on product weight and courier size restrictions. Prices shown are as of 01:02:2026.

Please get in touch with us for postage to the remote U.K. Highlands & Islands, as an additional charge applies.

Returns

We hope you will be pleased with your purchase; however, if you wish to cancel your order, you must notify us within 14 days of your purchase. Furniture items must remain shrink-wrapped if returned. Buyer is responsible for postage costs.

Items are inspected before packaging, and notification of any defect must be received by

3 Fat Cats within 24 hours of receipt of said goods. Goods returned to us due to a defect must remain shrink-wrapped for replacement; otherwise, they will be refunded in full, including postage charges. Please check your item, as we do not accept 'used' furniture product returns for hygiene reasons.

If the products you supplied are damaged en route, please contact us without delay so we can lodge a complaint with the carrier. Furniture items must remain shrink-wrapped for returns/replacements.

Buyer is responsible for postage costs for goods returned to us and redirected by us due to customer error.

WARNING

These products are not intended as toys for children, and the Supreme Choice, Supreme Wideboy, the Mognificent Throne, the Duplicat, the Hideaway, the Lizard Lounger, or the 3 Fat Cats Purrfect Trio should not be used as stools, tables, or chairs for adults. Any cardboard products that are returned 'used' or damaged due to improper use will not be refunded.

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of used furniture products. We cannot resell them due to potential risks. The scent of other pets on used items could potentially cause stress or territorial issues. Additionally, used items may harbour parasites or bacteria that could pose health risks.

We care deeply about your privacy and therefore handle your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Please review our as it explains what data we

collect and why, how it is used and other relevant information.

Please be advised that your personal information (i.e., email address) that you provide us voluntarily when you place a purchase or subscribe to our website is held securely and not sold/shared with third parties.

We use your personal information to keep you informed about our products, to provide our customers with product/delivery assistance, to send promotional messages, to run competitions, to host events, and to contact competition winners.

When processing payments, our preferred payment platform, Stripe, may share information with us, including your name, email address, and billing or other addresses. We use this information to provide you with the products and services you have requested.

Images received from 3 Fat Cats customers via email or social media may be used on our website, in press releases, in printed publicity, or published on 3 Fat Cats Facebook/Twitter/Instagram/Pinterest pages. However, if you would like us to delete them, please email us at 3fatcatsuk@gmail.com at any time.
